we need a undertale version now

Ever wanted to develop the continuation of Deltarune but y'know....you don't know where to start?
let me take care of that..
I noticed how there are many undertale engines but no Deltarune engine.
So....here i come to fix it
Eventually i will make a tutorial and a video for everything, but there are comments on code to understand what is happening.

Ok, so explanation for a thing.
As you can see there is no menu tutorial.
That is because i decided to do shop and menu together.
So i'll try making the tutorial now that i finished the shop.
(I'll ofc release the version beforehand, tomorrow)

Okay, finally after MONTHS!
I finally managed to finish the DARK WORLD menu
It was so hard, but it's finally done
Now i have to make tutorials and start working on battles
I'll divide releases into [INCOMPLETE] and the l DL!Engine due to my slow pace.
[INCOMPLETE] versions will include brief descriptions.
