Game
Tales From An Oddity Shop

Okay so….nothing much happened in the week that followed. I tried my best to keep myself focus on my game project but I was faced with more challenges in my life.

Somehow out of the blue,I got really sick to the point where I was immobile from my bed. I kept thinking the whole time I was recovering “Why the hell does this have to happen now?!” It didn’t please my workaholic like attitude at all.

Fortunately while I rested in my room,I still got some work done. I got a chance to still edit the game’s script in a more easier format than my crappy laptop for the time being. I did some research on YouTube on important things related to developing a game. And,I even branched out to finding a drawing app that is easy to use with more substance than MS Paint.

All of that is still better than nothing right? It was still something productive at least.

But I am happy to say that I have recovered fully and will continue to focus my time and energy into coding the first act of the game.

I probably won’t update these devlog posts for a couple of weeks until there have been major progressions with the development stages. I’ll see you all in two or three weeks when there is more to collect and update on.

The first week of working on my game project has come and gone. It felt like a hasty week though.

Changed up my name and made a logo too. This little guy is based off of the Fresno Nightcrawlers btw.

Hey look,I finally got around to making a Twitter page.😅

Been doing my best to find a drawing app I can work with instead of MS Paint. Really loving Autodesk Sketchbook lately. The blending and coloring are AMAZING.

Also here's a crossover drawing I made of Jacket/Richard as an Animal Crossing Villager.

I updated the game’s logo what do you think?(Got to work more on this page’s presentation soon too.)

Here's some Muppets/Midsommar crossover pictures to have you chuckle for a bit. I got to redo Sven and Kermit/Fozzie when I get the chance.

Here's a recent oil pastel portrait I made of Adam Driver.

Short update but here are some of the taxidermy animals I am making for the interior's background.

Here's a quick update on the look of the shop's exterior. (This was taken from my IG stories.) Still got plenty to do.
