I’ve thought about this a lot and just said fuck it Oki isn’t an octo and isn’t the same person or has the same looks as an average octo they are a whole different person who just happens to have the same name as octo they are still apart of the octo verse but just as a separate person kinda like how with the spider the whole idea is that anyone can wear the mask
