One Night At Puffy's Crabshack: Opening - Rebooted

2 years of radio silence later...

Hey, I don't think a single person actually remembers this even being a thing I've worked on aside from me, but I've thought about this game pretty much every day since I stopped working on it.

I'll just get to the point
The game I've been showing off is pretty much, if not entirely, cancelled.

HOWEVER, I've concluded that the main reason for me not being motivated to work on it was because of the strict limitations I put on myself simply because I wanted to stay true to the original all that time ago

In other words, I'm going to try making this game again, but this time I will not restrict myself to using Scratch and will let myself use more powerful game development tools such as Godot or Love2D (still haven't decided on which one to make it in, but just the thought of getting to work on this again is quite exciting for me)

I don't even know if anyone aside from me even still cares about the original fangame that this is based on, so I hope that if anyone still does, they can look forward to me finishing this (hopefully for real this time)

And if someone DOESN'T know the original, I can hopefully introduce this little series of fangames to some new people

Anyways, with that being said, I'm now going to go plan out the game and see what I can do now that I'm no longer limited to using Scratch

Fully rigged and ready.

Currently trying out the Gamejolt API within Turbowarp to add custom achievements

I'm sure this isn't the best way to code this but it's very easy to add more achievements to it

Small update on this game, kinda

Happy Easter from the POPGOES team!

Semi-Buried CRT for a little game I'm working on (but it's not little, it's taking forever )

JOLLY ANNIVERSARY EDITION POSTER:

Small update on 'ONAPCS: Opening: - Rebooted'

Funny 'Zip' and 'Files' shenanigans

(This isn't as cool as you might think it is btw, it's very basic)

I swore to myself I wouldn’t post anything to avoid spoiling the new gameplay… but here’s a small sneak peek, the most exciting feature yet: your character’s legs move when you turn

Short Early WIP Recording of my remaster of 'ONAPCS: Opening' made entirely in Turbowarp If anyone has any ideas on anything I could add since it's not a direct recreation, I'd gladly use them with proper credit ofc
