He witnessed his little brothers death at the age of 9 at the beginning of Project's Promise. Was raped at the age of 12 and has a daughter named Raya, the mother (who raped Owen) left both Owen and Raya after Raya was born. Raya was sent to an orphanage and Owen never saw her again until 8 years later. He was bullied and extremely harmed at his job (he was a detective), he is scared of women due to his past. He then had to witness the twins (Sydney and Eben) deaths' and had to confront with Lyssa at their old house they all once lived at before Tycer's death. And during his mentions and scenes he's in, he witnessed up to more than 15 deaths in one scene. In total of people that Owen has seen die either in his hands or in-front of him is 29 people. He's a major oc in the Project's Promise storyline and is a hero to many without even being honored and has a statue for his heroism that he's done for many people in that city.
