rule 1: if you wanna use it to make your own game, make sure there's a few differences to make sure it doesn't involve copyright infringement.
rule 2: if you use it to make a fan game outta Ksm. just mention me somewhere in the description via the
title.
rule 3: if you use my code for either the fan game or even an your official game. just add abit of credit to me. that is all. I'll leave a link, and allow you all to go nuts.
extra note, i heard before hand that isaac or @Th3Badd3st 
wants to learn for himself how to make fangames, and while ksm isn't a fangame, i hope it can help in some way :)
