(also btw i updated undertale mod tool, probably not gonna be any crazy changes to make development easier but the best change ive noticed so far is that the data.win (put in code font to prevent auto link) loads WAY faster)

no, this isnt actually being implemented yet, just more stuff im putting into the backup folder, and it will stay that way until i actually create a new UTMT file, i will copy and paste this in every daily devlog (if they have work) at the bottom so everyone who sees this gets the picture, i will stop when i finally do create a new UTMT file
