RECREATED peppino (pinolino) mach 3 run animation

(explanation, so since the pinoteam said i couldnt just take the sprites from the original mod, i have taken to recreating them, my main idea is to make them JUST different enough so pinoteam doesnt have a problem with them, but also JUST similar enough so you dont immediately notice its different from the original animation)

no, this isnt actually being implemented yet, just more stuff im putting into the backup folder, and it will stay that way until i actually create a new UTMT file, i will copy and paste this in every daily devlog (if they have work) at the bottom so everyone who sees this gets the picture, i will stop when i finally do create a new UTMT file
