Party Boy was a very late inclusion, being added a mere few weeks before beta testing began. I think it shows just how late it was when you play Nightmare.
He was originally just an easter egg, which you can still encounter in the main game.

I played and beat scary fellow in a discord vc
Mfw I put blood, sweat and tears into this game for 3 full years and then when I finally finish it and release it after having to move mountains to do so, people who were there for me every step of the way think it's bad (I suck at everything I try to do)
2015 fangames are the funniest shit ever dude like somebody actually had to sit down, make these models, and go "yeah they're good enough"
Also I wanted to add achievements but those were scrapped lol
