Small update of improvements and fixes
-Removed the record player from the safe zone
-Fixed the horrible sound that played at the end of each round
-The input of the following screens has been corrected:
Minigame (Return to the safe zone with enter or L on PSP)
Results screen
Game Over Screen
-Changed "Retry" to "Be Reborn" on the Game Over screen
-A small balance was made in the "Tower of Life" challenge

I am recoloring ALL the sprites, because for some reason, the files have the sprites in black and white, so I don't think I'll add different colors unless I manage to create an effect that makes them change.
