Balance Changes:
-Shadow Night: During Shadow Koishi's search mechanic, the attic mechanic progresses at half speed.
-Shadow Night: During a blackout, if you use the buzzer in a room without Shadow Koishi in it, it will go on a 10 second cooldown.
-Altered room spawn rules for Shadow Koishi when her modifier is enabled to avoid unfair overlaps with Koakuma.
QOL:
-Shadow Night: The music box song now loops properly.
Bug Fixes:
-Shadow Night: The scanner button will no longer appear until you put the note down.
-Shadow Night: Shadow Koishi's search mechanic should change costumes properly now.
-Shadow Night: Shadow Koishi's search mechanic will disappear if a blackout triggers when you're in the same room.
-Shadow Night: Fixed the broken spawn rules that the search/hide mechanic were using.
-Alice no longer disappears from the Library after collecting the first doll with her modifier enabled.
-The stats screen should now properly display your attempts on Misfortune's End EX.

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
