• Added the ability to open and close the escape menu using only the escape key
• Changed the camera position on the last level to line up with platforms
• Added a stage complete message to the last level of the game
• Added new scene as end credits after beating last level of the game
• Removed levels 6, 7, and 8 from Stage 1 as they do not exist
• Added new music to end credits
Player can exit end credits by pressing space or mouse 0 (left click) to return to main menu

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
