-the scenes where they either get knocked down or get back up now have a slight animation instead of a simple sprite change

yeesh all these bug fixes have left a sour taste in my mouth
so allow me to remind you that the current version of heart squad revamp has brand spanking new knocked down sprites courtesy of the lovely @vulture_salesman

i was following the hopeful style really closely with biggie and richie without really improving upon it, plus they just looked bad in general
as for knocked down ludd...no idea, i used up all my spriting power on his normal sprite
