When the skies turn grey and the world feels cold,
You shine so bright with a heart of gold.
Through storms and silence, hurt and pain,
You still rise up, again, again.
You've been betrayed, you've cried alone,
But still you gave love you’ve never known.
To friends, to strangers, you gave your all,
Even when you had to crawl.
Your past was heavy, filled with scars,
But still you reached to heal the stars.
Your smile, a spark that melts the night,
Your voice, a whisper filled with light.
So here's my truth, no mask, no guise:
You’re more than kind, you’re truly wise.
You’re not just strong, you're art, you're grace,
A flower blooming in the darkest place.
And if today feels hard to bear,
Just know I'm here, I’ll always care.
You’re not alone, not now, not ever,
You're part of hearts that won't forget, not ever.
So take this poem, let it stay,
A little warmth to light your way.
Because you matter more than you know,
And I’ll remind you, as we grow. 💙
