I sat down the other night before it stroke me. It might be one of my best sketches that I scribbled in only two and a half hours; it might remain so for the next couple months or years, thanks to a reference that carried the entire process. With all its glaring flaws, I want to keep it unchanged, for it wonderfully captured the feel of that night.
