After you finish Misty Viewside you'll be greeted by the Poison Mantis, and you'll need to beat him to progress any further. He specialises in acid based attacks and using boomerangs to fight his adversaries. You'll need to be on your toes as you fight, as he will do anything he can to stop you in his tracks.
