Possible moveset for Penguin (Club Penguin) in Smash


Jab: 2-hit slap with flippers.

Dash attack: Hops into a tube ring and slides forwards.

Down tilt: Does a quick breakdancing sweep kick.

Side tilt: Swings a fishing rod forward. It has a very small chance to drop a fish, which has a chance to either be used as food or as a throwable item.

Up tilt: Has a flaming Black Puffle quickly fly up and back down.

Down Smash: Pulls out a jackhammer and drills downwards. It shoots dirt everywhere in the sour spot, with the sweet spot being on the drill itself.

Side smash: A cross between Peach and Villager's side smashes. Can throw one of three things, a fish that has the best range but is the weakest, a bag of coffee beans that has average range and power, and an anvil which has the shortest range but is the most powerful. Like with Peach's side smash, you can alternate between the three.

Up smash: Throws pizza dough upwards, with it spinning dealing multi-hit damage. If it lands on the ground, there is a small chance that it can become a food item, but that is rare enough for it would only really land on the ground if you were underneath a platform.

Neutral air: Spins around with flippers.

Forward air: Squirts hot sauce forward, which has a fire effect.

Down air: Drills downward with jackhammer, which can spike.

Back air: A tiny spaceship from Astro Barrier shoots backwards.

Up air: Holds up a minecart.

Grab: Simple grab with a flipper.

Pummel: Headbutts.

Forward throw: Hits the opponent with an ice hockey stick.

Down throw: Uses Jackhammer to drill the opponent, burying them.

Back throw: Flings the opponent backwards with a fishing rod.

Up throw: Has a green puffle grab the opponent, flys up, and drops them back down quickly.

Neutral Special: Similar to Mario's Neutral Special. Throws a snowball. It has small starting lag, but has great range and a little more knock back than Mario's Fireball, plus it has a chance to freeze the opponent. If the button is held down, you can aim the snowball and release to throw.

Side special: Uses a surfboard to ride the waves, moving Penguin forward.

Up special: Similar to R.O.B's up special. Uses a Jetpack to fly.

Down special: Pulls out a Card-Jitsu deck of 5 cards. The Element boosts the power of a certain special move, and the number, from 1-12, 1 being the most common and 12 being the rarest, changes how long the effect will last, from 5 to 17 seconds. You only have 20 cards total, and if you are hit in the selection, the highlighted card disappears. If you run out of cards, you won't get any more until you get K.O'd.

Neutral Special (Card-Jitsu Ice): The move can be charged up and stored for later, even after the boost ends. You can't aim the snowball, but a fully charged one deals the most damage, has the best knockback and a significantly higher chance of freezing an opponent.

Side special (Card-Jitsu Water): The wave is smaller and deals less damage, but moves faster and farther than normal.

Up special (Card-Jitsu Fire): Boosts the movement speed of the jetpack, and you also have more control, and the thrusters can deal damage. However, the move gets used up faster and you have to wait a few seconds to use it again.

Final Smash: Penguin pulls out a Jackhammer and flips over the land beside it. Any opponents hit by it will be sent into a cutscene where lots of penguins are drilling on the iceberg, but also on the opponents too, who then get flown off to the other side of the iceberg. The cutscene ends with the iceberg being flipped and the opponents sent flying into the air.

Alt outfits: The default outfit can be a Blue Penguin. However, there are many colours you can make your penguin in Club Penguin, so I went with Red, Yellow, Green, Purple, Orange, White and Black.

Up Taunt: A wave, like you can do in Club Penguin.

Side taunt: That hand pushy up down thing in the Penguin Dance.

Down taunt: Sits down and stands up twice as puffles bounce around.

Stage entrance: Could either come out of an igloo like Villager and Isabelle's entrances or get teleported using an EPF phone.

Victory animations: One could have Penguin fall over as puffles affectionately rub off of and bounce on it. Another could have Penguin in a chef outfit, showing of a pizza. The final victory screen can show Penguin sliding down a mountain on a tube ring.
