The new trailer will show:
1. A fully finished basement.
2. Full lighting and map for the new version.
3. And footage from the beginning of the game.
After some time, a video/new footage from the basement will be posted. Also, details about the neighbor's AI will be told (there are some problems with it)

I solved that things are moving towards creating Alpha 1.0, the new version has a gap between Pre Alpha 0.8 and the version that is currently developed in the project. So, I'm preparing a small video teaser related to the new map.

Early build of Pre Alpha 0.8 is ready. But the builds needs polishing. The nearest launch date is the end of January.

We have an early ready build of the new version of Alpha 1.0 considered as Pre Alpha 0.9. As planned away back, this build will be a test one (don't published), although it has new content, but it is not finished and is raw .
