This update might not seem like it has a lot of groundbreaking changes. But it does, just not on the player's end. A lot of code was rewriten and updated with this update. This includes not only optimizing code, but also making code more flexible for future use.
I've nicknamed this update the "Fast and Pretty" update.
Fast, because this update features a huge amount of optimizations.
Pretty, because this update features a lot of new sprites thanks to a new volunteer, Alex_nije_prisutan. This includes new background sprites, Easter eggs sprites, and more.
New
-Added a new weapon; a bat
-Added a new hairstyle; TriTails
-Added background trees.
-Added background hills.
-Added some benches.
-Added Cyborg Mode.
-Added Candy Mode.
-Added Ebola Mode.
-Added Falcon Mode.
-Added Bancho Mode.

Improvements
-New male poses.
-New sprites for Bad Time Mode.
-New sprites for Huntress/Hunter Mode.
-New sprites for Miku/Mikuo Mode.
-Updated sprite for the sakura tree.
-Senpai's subtitles during a low atmosphere now account for Yandere-kun.
--The audio is still the same, though.
-Updated the text shown at the end of the day to look a bit less like clear placeholder.
-Adjusted school atmosphere a bit; it now loses 10% for each death instead of 20%.
Performance
-Optimized a lot of the game's code.
Fixes
-Fixed issues with PigTail hairstyle.
-Fixed atmosphere not effecting the calendar screen if shaders were off.
-Fixed the week not progressing on systems that don't support shaders.
Funny story about the last bug. I made many attempts to fix this bug while working on the update and couldn't figure it out.
However, long after I gave up, the bug just disappeared! I guess I fixed it somewhere along the line while optimizing code.
