Procedural everything: A spare time project that really shouldn't be a spare time project

So usually projects you work on in your spare time don’t require you to try and learn things that are years ahead of you and way above comprehension, but the idea of a procedural universe to me is most enticing. I started this project at the end of last summer, and worked on it diligently throughout my junior year of high school, by the beggining of this summer I really lost interest in it, but here I am again at the end of summer drooling over this project. This project will rarely, if ever actually have any distribution content, but i’m creating this project because I’ve grown fond of gamejolt’s news article system, and I think that a procedural universal sandbox game might be something some of you would be interested in reading up about. Since writing news articles is something that I can do with ease and something I can do at virtually any point in my day, there should be a regular flow of updates posted on this project and its status. I’ll also make sure to post pictures to help explain the progress on this project.
