Progress Report #15

Hi everyone! Here's what happened this week.

I've been adding in all of the dialogue that I showed last week. I did Minus' dialogue, Adrian's dialogue and Cedricbot's dialogue and made a start on the World Machine's dialogue.

Before I finish it, however, I'm cleaning up some other dialogue and things around the game and making a teaser/trailer for demo 2 since it's almost done.

Here's some screenshots:

This is the song I wrote for the teaser/trailer, it's fairly old-ish now but it still sounds good:

That's all, thanks for reading!

Here's a peaceful little forest scene for this #screenshotsaturday, from the beginning of the game.

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

I was bored, so... ManutKat.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Today I tackled drawing different variations of facial expressions for one of the main characters in Eden. What do you think of it? :) Eden: https://gamejolt.com/games/Eden/592698

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
