Hey everyone, back again to tell you about the wacky adventures of DELTASWAP development hell! (And also maybe show some things???)

The past few months we've been polishing the writing, making slight design tweaks, rewriting character traits, and tinkering with things on the programming side.

We also have a new Tumblr page if you missed that.

Although we haven't been the most productive, we feel optimistic about the future development, since we're beginning to solve major roadblocks.

NEW STUFF SHOWCASE

It's been a while since we've shown another in-game thing, so here's the first ever completed cutscene for the game!

This makes the Light World... 10% complete? (For the DEMO.)

We also have a new song to show you by Magnus, with more coming on the way some time soon.

CHANGES, CHANGES...

If you have a good eye/memory, you'll notice Susie's sprite is updated again. We've made a lot of small changes like this to many of the sprites and the game's script.

Some of this is due to the fact that we've gotten (hazy) ideas for stuff past Chapter 2, so we have to go back and change certain things so they'll fit.

Other changes were made just because certain things started to feel outdated. (It always starts to feels that way...)

And a REALLY big change is something we'll reveal when the DEMO finally drops... but until then, act like everything is normal...

That was really short, but at this point there's not much else we can show without spoilers. We hope you enjoy the small preview anyway.

(We were actually planning to have a lot more of the Light World done, but things got in the way.)
