Hey! We're back! Well, I'm back, anyway. Everyone else was already here.

I have been gone for a few months, but I'm back. So I'll talk about progress, and how things are doing right now.

But since I was gone, we didn't get too much done, unfortunately. But we do have some interesting things to talk about.

ROLE SWAPS -

We have made some new swaps! This doesn't change the current ones we have, but these are still pretty major.

From now on, we are swapping Asriel with Dess!

We are also swapping Queen with Spamton!

And finally, Swatch with Tasque Manager!

• Since Chapter 2 came out, we had to discuss the swaps, of course. Luckily, these don't change the current swaps we have. We're happy with these!

• At first, we didn't think Asriel could really swap with anyone. But now, we realized that Dess fit perfectly. The two have gone through similar experiences according to Deltarune. This doesn't make Dess Susie's sister now, but we'll find a way to make the roles work.

• Spamton and Queen don't have a lot in common, but we went along with it due to Spamton being the most similar to Queen compared to everyone else. (And the other route's existence...)

• We considered swapping Queen with Sweet Cap'n Cakes, but decided not to. They're still being decided! (Update: we found a swap?)

• Swatch and Tasque Manager both work at the Queen's Mansion, so we decided to swap them too. (This means Swatchlings and Tasques swap!)

WRITING -

Again, since we've been on break, we haven't been able to get a lot done. However, because of the release of Chapter 2, there's been a spark in creativity and productivity. With a whole new chapter out, we're able to learn a lot more about the game. This allows us to polish our current writing and add things we hadn't thought about before.

Like for example, that Asriel swap... it may make things very, very interesting. (Or not, but we thought it was cool!)

Expect more things to change from Chapter 2's influence. We're going to have to address much larger things like Lancer leaving his world eventually.

SPRITES -

Sprites are doing good...

We've designed a little bit beyond Chapter 1. Nothing too major, but we'll reveal that much later!

I'm happy to say that so far, we're having fun working on this! We hope you'll enjoy what we have coming!

We may not release this in 2021, but we'll try our hardest to get this out as soon as possible.
