I made Ion Insectum (or what you see so far) for the Global Game Jam 2015. After getting some nice positive feedback for it, I’ve decided to release what’s available for players to get a feel of - and continue to develop the game shaped by player feedback.
Look forward to hearing what you think of it so far.
P.S: I’ve also added this into the #shmupjam01 as the creator of the jam is active on my preferred game engine - Construct 2

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
