-Added Manual save option to Pula 2 Singleplayer

-When loading a save in Pula 2 singleplayer you can now choose manual save or auto-save

-Auto-saves now happen every chapter and no longer save every time you open the pause menu

-Removed 1st year anniversary decorations

-Fixed bug in Prolouge in which you would get stuck and wouldn't get the "Checkpoint Activated" text when touching a checkpoint

-Changed the text in Prolouge which teaches player how to save the game
