-When playing in windowed mode you can now resize the window

(but even if you play in windowed mode sometimes the game still forces you into fullscreen so you can only use windowed mode on some menus. This might be possible to avoid if you play on a higher resolution then 1080p)

-Changed the block sprite on which the CTF flag spawns
