Pulmonary updated to 2.1.0
Released some balancing changes, a few minor issues, and a new item, "mini-med".

Decreased “Bullet wound”, “Bleeding”, Severe Bleeding, & “Burning”
damage percentage.
Decreased time “Bullet wound”, “Bleeding”, “Concussion”, “Broken bone”,
& “Severe Bleeding” runs out.
Increased Stamina requirement for “Evasion” skill to 30.
Increased player damage output by roughly 10%.
Reduced damage of Concentrated fire beam cast by enemies.
Increased HP transfer to the skill “Siphon”.
Added the item, “Mini-medi” that restores 10% HP, removes “Bleeding”,
“Severe Bleeding”, “Concussion”, “Poison”, “Bullet Wound”, & “Burning”.
