Pushing Forward

First thing. I had an idea yesterday, when the player is running low on oxygen now above the player it says “AIR!” to let the player know that they need to go up for oxygen. While I was working on that another idea popped into my brain. Now when the player fills up a frig with all the sardines the frig launches up into the sky. To me this adds more interaction(or personality) to the game. I’ve also been working on other prototypes. I made 2 games where you are a ball and you hit objects and those objects change colors those are probably going nowhere, but there is this other game that I do Like. It started out pretty simple. You are a circle and there are squares. You are trying to destroy these squares that are moving on the screen. The way you do this is by getting in front of the squares and drop a diagnol line(my art skills are weak) which destroys the square. That wasn’t fun so I changed the controls around now it turned into either a white water rapids canoe simulation or into a skii jumping game. I like the first one because that seems more interesting but the second one seems easier to actually complete. And since I’m still new to this I might choose the one I will complete.

Levels' maps.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
