Patch Includes:
Helicopter Audio, Weapon Audio, Audio effects, Tweaked Engine Audio, Tweaked Vehicle physics, And a new location.
New location is called the Instillation, and contains Three Attack Helicopters, Four Flare Guns, and four sticky bomb Weapons.
Fixes for helicopter glitches, and fixes for sticky bomb weapon.
