Quick Play Not Working? This One Weird Trick May Help

With the release of Break Time. I wanted to make sure the consumer could use my product as easily as possible. This led to my investigation of Quick Play as a feature of my game. When first trying to use Quick Play, I was told by my browser that the Application was being blocked by security settings. I had my team look into the issue, and we’ve discovered how to remedy the error.

			  1. Go to your Java Settings

  • If you’re on Windows, go to the Start Button and Type Configure Java and run the first option that comes up.

  • If you’re on Mac, I suggest using “Finder” to look for it.

  • If you’re on Linux what are you doing.

    1. Click the Security Tab

    2. You should see a button Named: “Edit Site List” near the bottom of the window. Click this button.

    3. Click the “Add” Button and copy “http://gamejolt.com/” (without quotations of course), and click “OK”

This should force Java to allow you to play downloaded games from Quick Play. Now you can play Break Time with the click of a button! I hope this trick helped you. Please play Break Time.
