Here's how it happened: I played FNaF 3 to pass the time, got to Night 4 and got jumpscared by Phantom BB. No problem, I've been in worse situations. Got to the maintenance panel to fix everthing, black out, and... Foxy was there? At first, I didn't know how this could have happened, but I think it is possible for Phantom Foxy to appear while looking at the Maintenance Panel after you black out. (For reference, I play the mobile version) I got jumpscared by him of course, and figured I couldn't fix the ventilation AND find Springtrap in time so I just reset the night. I would have won too, if it weren't for that meddling Foxy!
