Five Nights at Prototype Fredbear’s

Regarding the haunted copy urban legend of Five Nights at Prototype Fredbear’s, please read full article.

Alright… so, it’s been getting pretty hard for me to keep this series going lately. I wanted to take a moment to address something I’ve noticed: fewer people are playing the games, and not many are even recording them anymore.

Now, to be clear—I’m not asking or pressuring anyone to record the games. I just want to clear something up, because I think a certain rumor might be part of why people are staying away. I don’t want anyone feeling nervous about playing or recording.

So, what’s this rumor? It’s about a so-called “haunted copy.” This is basically an urban legend/creepypasta that claims there’s a version of the first game with disturbing elements—nightmares, people’s pets being harmed, and even violent real-life clips playing between static. The whole thing started after I ran a poll asking if the game was haunted. Since “yes” got the most votes, some people spun stories about a cursed version, especially one authored by a user named TobyBlogger.

But let me be absolutely clear: none of that is real. The game has zero supernatural elements outside of its in-game lore. You don’t need to worry about your pets, your family, or some character from the game appearing in real life.

I just want people to enjoy the series for what it is, not fear it because of an internet horror story. If you want to write creepypastas about it, go for it—but remember, those stories are just fiction.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. Please don’t let the legend stop you from playing or recording the game.

Nostalgia-Bait Springtrap

You will see the old office again after FNaPF 2, but things have changed.

If you can see the vent on top, that will be a new gameplay mechanic; an animatronic will come out of there, and you will be able to close it. More updates are coming soon.
