Overall the game is nearing completion. This version was originally planned to be 1.0.0 but we want to be sure the game is in a really good state both gameplay and bug-wise before we take the game out of Early Access.
Additions & Changes
Charge weapon DPS and rate of fire increased.
You can now spam fire the Charge weapon at 0 charge to use it as a slightly weaker version of the Surge weapon.
You can now destroy powerful Energy Scabs in one fully charged blast.
Charge weapon effects updated.
Shooting a wall with the Charge weapon now creates up to 3 scabs per barrel.
Video players are now easier to see in dark areas.
Glow added to health bar on the gigantic pillars that spawn with enemies.
The effect on the airborn enemy’s attack was changed to make it easier to see where the enemy is.
Graphics are clearer now on the Vive.
Weapons were scaled down in VR to better represent the scale you see in desktop mode. It should be a lot easier to see things in front of you now.
Fixes
Fixed projectiles freezing when enemy debris are shot.
Fixed notifications not appearing after a bit.
Rumble now works again when shooting.
Rumble when using left-handed controls now works.
Fixed memory leak when using Charge weapons.
There’s a bad glitch where you can get out of the level if you’re running the game above 100 FPS and try dashing directly into a wall. We’ll release a fix for this in the next update. For now either keep the game at a moderate frame rate or avoid dashing directly into walls (unless you really want to see what’s outside (;´Д`)).
