Rendering


So, balloon rendering is pretty much done. Balloon segments are procedurally generated meshes created on the fly.

It took a while to get to this point, since this is my first time using Unity, so most of my time was spent getting familiar with the editor, API, and workflow. Hopefully progress will be faster now that Iโ€™ve got a little more of a handle on that.

Updated the chest in the maze, adding sound, particles and better animation. But what's in the chest?

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Horror WIP A track that will be featured in a future horror game soundtrack! Stay tuned!
