The menu is complete now, if you hold ESC (which I forgot to showcase in the recording too) you can go back to the title screen and therefor the menu, I plan on adding another menu after you press Start but right now it's irrelevant to have it so that will have to wait.
It may look simple what I did, I reported that all other menus and transitions were done, but this simple zoom required a bit of adjustment on how the draw methods the engine itself has, which implied changing a bit how the engine works, this of course will be updated on the Undermaker engine itself since I just discovered these flaws.
I also founds better ways to handle the transitions using already built in functions, so there's no need to do a fade out and in again to enter the rooms manually, I still need to adapt and see how these functions can achieve such thing with just the change_room() function, if this is achieved lots of the work to get from the menu to any room you want will be done easily, I need to check as well for the start_battle functions and such to have direct access to them without passing through the overworld, most likely those will require dedicated functions to that.
I will be working on those refinements while I also do the devlog video about this, progress is slow but going nonetheless, life hits sometimes and you gotta attend, plus been streaming too, we'll see how this all progresses :3
