RIBBIT 2.0.6 - And they don't stop coming

  • Fixed final boss-related crash if you try to use Focus on the 1st phase final attack.

There's normally a check that prevents you from using Focus during that attack, as it breaks the timing of the scripted scene that occurs during it. However, with the recent ability to skip 95% of the boss's attacks, turns out, you can also... skip the check that disables Focus.

In other words, thank god for a final boss-related crash that has a clear and easy-to-fix reason behind it. Sorry for all the bugs that keep cropping up with this boss. The mod's huge, it gets difficult to keep track of every possibility. I tested as much as I could, but some things still slipped by my memory. Patch by patch though, they should grow less frequent.

  • Minor text changes to the first bootup Accessibility Check, in order to downplay "instances of white flashes" into "minor instances of white flashes".

I've noted a few people who assume the worst out of what "white flashes" actually entails, and expect that the mod's gonna do like, crazy rave flashes that are likely to even give non-photosensitive types headaches. Like the Mega Man 2 white flashes! Fuck those things!

Anyway, it's really not that bad, and I've been trying to find a way to word that properly for a while... This is just another attempt at that. Long story short, the Photosensitive mode is meant for those who are truly, knee-deep photosensitive. Otherwise, you should be good. I've got my own eyesight to think about too, y'know.

  • Minor text change to the post-credits "Ending unlocked" text, in order to make it more clear what do you need to do to access this ending.
