I haven't been sharing much because I want people to go into the game not knowing what to expect, and there isn't too much I can show you that I haven't showed you already.
However, I do have a little something for you up top.
Thankyou for being patient, and I look forward to sharing the rest of the game with you.
--There is additional info below if you're interested--
I'm personally not a big fan of devlogs that are just a massive text wall, but there are some things I'm comfortable talking about but don't really want to show yet.
If I repeat any of this later on, I grant you permission to cancel me for milking random stuff in a desperate attempt at marketing.😉
Right now, I am about halfway through making the first proper dungeon in the game (which is the only one in this new demo. There will be about 3 in the finished game)
There are a lot of puzzles in this section of the game, which are mostly simple and intuitive, but should still be plenty of fun.
There will be at least one side quest in the game. I recommend talking to any NPC's you can, multiple times. You can get a lot more out of the game that way. I haven't made the side quest yet, but I did make the start of it, and already have most of it planned out and will make it soon. The side quest is rather simple, it's not like a mini adventure or anything, just talking to different NPC's, but I think it will still be worth completing.
Leveling up will only increase your stats such as HP, MP, ATK ect. New skills are unlocked through finding special items or through cutscenes and in-character realizations.
There won't be much back tracking or grinding, though space is used creatively in a few places and you may want to return to different locations to complete something like a side quest.
There's a radio in the game you can listen to, which will give news.
You might even be able to get on the radio yourself!
That's about it, things have been a little slow but I feel like they're picking up again, and I'm very much looking forward to March!
Have a good one.
