Ruined Completed!


The last few days have been a rollercoaster. After being featured on Jay Is Games, Ruined hit over 1000 downloads within just two days! But, the problem was that it was an unfinished game, and with Competition05 ending within a few hours from now, I didn’t know if it’d be finished in time.

Alas, it has been completed! If you haven’t played the game already, you should probably do so, and if you have played it before, your past file WILL be compatible with the completed file.

Thanks to everyone for rating and commenting on this game. The YYG Comp really doesn’t mean so much after getting so much love from the people of GameJolt.

Sometimes the suction cup get sticky. Small animation I made in Blender after doing my tutorial on picking up/dropping objects in animations. Crate model by jQueary (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/game-ready-sci-fi-crate-d98deca6…).

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
