Hey all, this... isn't an update I really wanted to make, but I have to.
No, no, no, the game isn't cancelled! I promise that there will be more news soon! It still isn't good news, however.
I don't know if everyone is aware, but Joder Love (the VA for Freddy in The Freddy Files) has been outed for inappropriate behavior (I.E. - Having relations with a minor). So, in that response, I have decided it would be in the best interest to privatize all releases of The Freddy Files (except the trailer). However, that doesn't mean I won't keep the prequel story private as I am currently working on a remaster of The Freddy Files, updating a few things I couldn't before the Director's Cut released on Thanksgiving and even replacing Joder as Freddy with someone else.
I can't share much else as A) I do not know much else about the story nor do I want anyone else digging into it as the victim(s) will speak out about it once they're good and ready and B) The updated variant of the short film has just started production.

Again, this wasn't news that I wanted to share, but I feel as if I need to be transparent about it.
To those he hurt, I am sorry that you had to go through that. I'm praying for you and I hope you have a brighter future.
