The purpose of these posts is to archive the work I’ve done for the FNaS series so that it at least has a chance to still see the light of day after the games cancelation.
Hey guys, I hope you’re doing well. At the time of writing this I’m still currently on hiatus and don’t plan on returning until later, I just wanted to make these posts to archive my work that I’ve made for various FNaS games after they were canceled and don’t plan on making a return anytime soon. I hope you guys enjoy these and my stories behind them.
For those who don’t know, I joined MMI’s development team in August of 2022 because they were looking for people that knew how to replicate the art-style of the game, so I got inspired and worked hard to enter. I studied the style and took notes about different parts of it and eventually I showed my entry and got accepted. I was in charge of doing the Popgoes Evergreen skins which would’ve featured characters from Popgoes Evergreen and Popgoes Arcade, although not much was really planned for it so I only did a few infos and the rest were mostly just style practices, at least until MMI Take 2 happened and the art went a whole new direction. Similar to what I did for MMI, I tried my best to learn and copy the style, even seeking the help of my art teacher at the time, however none of my art attempts went through as I kept getting the criticism that it looked “too much like my art-style”, I was never able to figure out why that was the case. Aside from my failed attempts, I made some concept art of what some characters could possibly look like, and while my actual attempts didn’t get accepted, the method of shading used did.
What you see in these post are as follows
Info for Popgoes the Weasel and Stone the Crow
Long Popgoes info (I tried to get him in at one point)
Two concepts for BlackRabbit
Style attempts based on Next Gen Concept Art
An MM Styled Golden Shadow
Heartless Popgoes (this was done for fun and never intended to be included in the pack)
Various MMI Take 2 Concept Art
MMI Take 2 Style attempts and pose concepts.
