Dew to the devs being very worried about license the following characters will not be making it to recode: The Forest King, The Stricken/ Tinky Winky, Inkfell and EXE (also original owner didn’t want him in the game anymore). Other characters like Baldi, Vita Mimic and Springtrap are in Limbo and they are trying to reach out to the owners for permission but if not then will also not come to recode. This has also lead to a lot of upcoming monsters to be scrapped aswell: The Dog, Gorefield and Mama Tail. Along with Slenderman and Smile Dog being in limbo. The devs has also stated that they will not be doing any boot leg remakes of these monsters since they feel like it is a disrespectful thing against the owners.

Huge news! Deltarune chapter 3 & 4 has a release date which is in the same month as when Secret of the Mimic comes out! Hollow Knight Silksong has also been showed to be most likely coming out this year!
