The check boxes have been replaced with much nicer switches along with the addition of volume sliders, also, Particles can be turned off now, they have replaced the Music Setting since that's covered by the new sliders now.

The Scratch Team has just recently updated their Terms of Service yesterday, letting you know they now have full permission to use your content to train AI models.
The settings are pretty much Finished!
