Simple Question, Simple Answer.


So I was asked by a friend not to long ago will I be creating Android 21 and adding her to Mugen Tenkaichi the answer is no,

Reason I will not add her in is because, then I would have to reprogram all 95 Characters to match her Combos/Skills and reprogramming takes a lot of work, I have a lot of other things I need to get done within a short amount of time.
