Mechanics:

He will roam the schoolhouse but if he see the player he will run up to the player and say that if he pays the currency on his Sin Sucker-Upper, he will empty their Sincounter. This can only be done three times. The first time you pay with a quarter, second time you pay with the dollar, and the third time you pay with the same golden coin that you give to Spongebob. His sprite changes each time you pay, and he has a two minute cooldown before you can pay him again.

He uses Text-to-Speech Justin. Here is what he should say:

"Listen up kid, if you want me to empty your Sincounter, just give me the currency listed on the screen."

Plays when meeting the player. (Only plays once per round)

"Sorry. I'm on my break right now. Come back later, okay?"

Plays when clicking on him during the two-minute cooldown.

"Thanks for the money! Your Sincounter has been emptied. You can do this two more times."

Plays when paying him a quarter.

"Thanks for the money! Your Sincounter has been emptied. You can do this one more time."

Plays when paying him a dollar.

"Thanks for the money! Your Sincounter has been emptied. But you can't do this anymore."

Plays when paying him a golden coin.

"Sorry. I can't empty your Sincounter anymore."

Plays when clicking on him after buying the last offer.

Note: Don't add this character until characters like Mr. Nice Guy, Mr. Nothing Guy and ECHO are in the game.
