Slamdance Jam: Ready Go!

Here I am on the first day of the game jam. I think I am a little late to the show but I am getting things up and running.

I am using Godot Engine to whip things up because I am most comfortable in it.

The theme is “fringe.” I will interpret this very liberally. Basically it means on the outside. The edge. Being shunned away. So this weekend’s game will be about a seagull living on the edge of society.

The bird will have to protect their territory from the encroaching modern society.

That’s all I have so far. I need to keep things simple in order for it to work.

Best get running.

I will be streaming off and on throughout the weekend.

Follow me on my twitch stream!

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

Why walk when you can jump?
