Slight updates to the build:
- Added the option to go back to the map screen by pressing C or B on an Xbox controller.

- Fixed the lava collision in Toasty's Castle

- Fixed Sammy's spawning by using an independent "timer"

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
