So, I'm making a demoscene on Scratch.

I'm mostly doing this out of boredom. Anyway, it will be called SENSE OF OBLIVION. It will try to have as much 2D visual effects (and even some 3D rednering) as possible, and all of that in under 25 megabytes. Right now, it's 13 kilobytes.

The effect above is a warp effect that I coded, Scratch Cat's pixels can actually shift. And yes- this was done on base Scratch. No extentions here- just pen. The effect will be used for the intro, when the demo's logo gets revealed...

If ya'll wanna help work on it or give some ideas (and/or programming) to help with it, then feel free to do so!

Damn, I haven't released an update in a while.

Let's just say Sonic CD Rewind and overall exhaustion made me work less on Super Mario Next. However, I'm making a new project about it- and so, a new OST song!

Fully revising 1-1 after finding out 100 tiles is way too small. (I set 100 tiles when I started the game back in July 2024 😭)

Not necessarily an extension or addon, but ideas to the Canvas Effects. This'll mostly help for retro-themed games, but I'll add some details about each block in the article below.
