So it turns out UPBGE EEVEE is able to accomplish my needs to properly publish my game. In this case I will spend some time doing the transition as well looking into what you guys have chosen from the poll 15 hours ago of this pose being published. Thanks

So i am pretty proud of how the main screen came out. One more thing i wanna add to it but ill do that later. ill just make a note of it. Now off to further game play. i have the main protagonist i just need the stages made now.
So every time i try to record it the recording software crashes. yay for weak Laptops... oh well its not stopping me from developing my game so lets go. Yes the background will be fully animated. i just cant record it for now but i will when i can. NEXT!!
