Engine update. The engine code that I was using until recently was starting to get pretty weird, so I moved to a framework that I'm currently developing. In addition to that, I made some changes to Sonic's abilities.

I used the engine from S3R is GSE because ABSE physics was so weird.

For now, here's the progress of the engine.
