Game
Vectagon

Sorry, everyone.

Hey guys! First up, I just want to appologize for not getting Vectagon into your hands sooner. I’ve been saying it’ll be out “in a few days” for much, much too long, and finding too little time and motivation for it. So I’m going to release it in an hour, for free, for you, for Christmas.

The truth is, Vectagon is fun, but it isn’t the game I wanted to make, and it never will be in its current form. I wanted it to be a visceral, mesmerising, trancendent experience, so I built it around speed, shape and color. But the insane difficulty and start/stop style of gameplay doesn’t work to put players into the right zone.

So I’m going to rebuild Vectagon as a totally different game. It’ll share the same aesthetic and the same fundamental ideas; but it’s going to be a different game.

But like I said, Vectagon is fun. It’s actually really fun, and I’m incredibly proud of it. I’m even more proud to finally release it. I hope you enjoy playing it as much as I’ve enjoyed working on it.

Merry Christmas everyone!
